On March 21, we’re launching something designed to change that.

This week, our co founders @social_justis and @everydaywithdrdrey came together to co teach Module 3 of the Healing Centered Leadership and Education Intensive alongside the @acostainstitute . Grounding us all in a vitality rooted, vitality based, and vitality forward approach to healing, leadership, thriving, flourishing, and wellbeing in this moment.

We collectively held space for tender conversations. We slowed down to listen. We practiced noticing what is alive, what is strained, and what is possible. Together, we invited community into the Vitality Index, a reflection tool we are developing under the leadership of our co founder @briatoupac to support individuals and organizations in naming their current sense of vitality, including capacity, energy, and support across different areas of life.

Our goal is to have the Vitality Index be designed to help us notice before burnout takes hold and to offer language, pause, and practice as we move toward collective thriving. Not as a quick fix, but as an invitation to honest reflection, shared care, and sustainable leadership.

We are deeply grateful to the beloved community of the Acosta Institute for fostering such sacred spaces during such tender times, and for welcoming us to grow, learn, and practice alongside you.

This is the work. Healing in community. Leadership rooted in care. Futures built with intention, together. 🪷

In Sedona, we came to listen to the land, our bodies, and the future asking to be born. This retreat was about alchemy. Naming our gold. Releasing what no longer fits. Creating sacred containers strong enough to hold what’s coming. We’re building a vitality-rooted world. One day at a time. With soul, not just strategy.
